Located between the Lincoln Road commercial district and a residential neighborhood in Miami Beach, Florida, this project combines the programs of its neighbors into a compact mixed-use urban development. Residential units sit atop a green plinth that houses required parking, retail and restaurant space. Investigations into vertical connections between these diverse programs through diagrammatic and modeled studies have produced an innovative and dynamic project that will help densify an under-utilized part of the city.
